   A technician confirms conditions on site, checks plumbing and framing, then puts the scope in writing.

   Selections & schedule

   Tile, fixtures and vanity are locked in, materials staged, and a realistic working window is scheduled.

   Build with daily cleanup

   Floors protected, dust controlled, one point of contact, and progress photos as each stage is completed.

   Punch list & walkthrough

   We test drains, water temperature and fixtures with you, correct the punch list, and leave the room ready to use.
