FAQ
Palm Beach County bathroom remodeling questions
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
It depends on the scope, the condition behind the walls and lead times on tile, glass and vanities. We give you a working window in writing for your specific bathroom after the walkthrough instead of quoting a general schedule here.
What about permits and inspections?
Scopes that change plumbing, electrical or structure can require permitting and inspection through the local municipality or Palm Beach County. We review that with you up front and confirm in writing what your scope requires rather than working around it.
Can I keep my existing layout to save money?
Yes. Keeping the toilet, tub and vanity in place avoids relocating drains and supply lines, which is usually the single largest cost driver in a bathroom remodel.
Do you work in condos with HOA rules?
Regularly. We work inside approved hours, use elevator protection and floor coverings, and provide the documentation most Palm Beach and Boca Raton associations request before work starts.
Who buys the tile and fixtures?
Either way works. Many customers pick finishes themselves and we install them; others ask us to source everything so quantities, thinset and trim pieces are correct on delivery day.
Is there only one bathroom in the house?
Tell us during the walkthrough. We plan the sequence around a single-bathroom home where the scope allows it, and we tell you clearly which days the room is expected to be out of service.
How do I get an estimate?
Use any Estimate or Book button on this site to open the assistant, or call 305-360-0342. Requests are routed through our central reception and dispatch team.
